Buy replacement heads for flawless. how can I know if my Flawless is a Gen 1 or 2?
The number that this computer site called said that this number is no longer in service. I cannot how to get back to the original start of this where the number is located.
Preferred solution: an answer to my original question, How do I know if I have a Gen1 or 2 Flawless Facial Hair Remover so I can purchase heads?

Problem with product
My razor head was dull and yanking hair after only 4 uses. Waiting for coupons for replacement heads.

Need to speak to someone about the type of battery needed for my Flawless
Razor. I put in a Duracell AA, 1.5 volt
and it wouldnt work. Do I have to buy
a special battery for it?

They were supposed to give me a discounted coupon for filling out a survay and I never got it.
See above comment. I filled out a survey with a promise from flawless company of a coupon for 40 % off of any purchase. I never received it.

Buy replacement heads for flawless
HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK TO ORDER REPLACEMENT HEADS, WHICH ARE OUT OF STOCK AND WANT TO KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE IN BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND NOW I JUST GET CUT OFF.

I just bought 2 replacement heads at Kroger and one of them does not work............wow, 12$ and the one is bad.......
don't know how to contact them, but the one works great, and I love the razor

I ORDER FLAWLESS FACIAL HAIR REMOVAL .. I PAID 2000 RUPEES.
ONCE I OPEN PACK THERE IS NO BATTERY IN THIS PACK.THEY MENTIONED INCLUDING BATTERY. AND ALSO THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION. SO I FEDUP I USED TO ORDER MANY THINGS THROUGH ONLINE. BUT I NEVER FACED LIKE THIS SITUATION.
NOW I M AFRAID IS THIS GOOD COMPANY OR THEY WANT TO CHEAT PEOPLE. IF YOU PEOPLE WANTS TO SALE PRODUCT THROUGH ONLINE THEN GIVE GOOD SERVICE. OTHERWISE DONT DO IT. FIRST EXPERIENCE IS WORST IN THIS SHOPPING THEN NOBODY WILL BUY IN FUTURE.
