I bought two 5in1 air stylers, one for my daughter and one for myself. My daughter informed me that the styler didn't work on her hair. The company won't take back the used air styler, however my air styler was never opened. 4 times I have asked for the return address and the company still hasn't responded. Their claims on the website regarding 100% customer satisfaction and 24/7 customer support is false!

User's recommendation: Be aware of Flawless Days they don't live up to their claims on their website.
