I don't have a complaint I simply want to ask a question so that I can place a order this is not my first time ordering with flavor god but I do find it frustrating how difficult it is to just ask a question

You mailed my son's birthday present to my address his address is 142 17 chalk Hill road Plainfield Illinois 60544 but instead you mailed it to my address Colorado order number 812020

One of my seasonings was open when I received package.it was spilled all over other bottles and made such a mess

It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received my order yet they said they delivered it in the mailbox and I did not receive it and I paid for it I don't know what else to do I put the complaint into the post office

Did not receive complete order
I ordered four items, two chocolate donut and two buttery cinnamon and I only received one chocolate doughnut and one buttery cinnamon. I got a text telling me that the order has been corrected and processed but again I only received one of each item.
