Cancellation of membership

I just want a THOUGHTFUL GIFT Certificate to give to my brother. I cannot talk to anyone. They should send gift Certificates. How will I have something to give him. I filled out a digital card and I have paid in full.

User's recommendation: Tell customers,it is very hard to get real gift. Certificate.

Did not receive purchase

I have never received the subscription to thoughtful subscription. This is for my brother for Xmas. Flavair deducted the price from my checking account. I have never heard a word. Another company delivered my product In reasonable time. I am at lost to what is the problem. I cant just loose this money. It would have come to me in an envelope. I assume. never got to talk to a person. Had a question that could have been answered easily about the website. Do you hhave to be a member to order a tasting kit.
