Where is my blackberry Crown Royal that I ordered?
All I want to know is where is my product that I paid for? My name is Thomas Kopper and I bought a bottle of blackberry Crown Royal last Friday. Has it been shipped yet or is it in transit?

I ordered their advents calendar. After several emails (they dont have a customer service number) over a month.
They sent an email saying that it was shipped. I checked with the online shipping company they used, sonic, and they have no record with the shipping number provided by this company. I emailed the company telling them I wished to cancel the order. They sent a reply email saying since I didnt cancel the order within 3 days of ordering it cannot be cancelled.
I responded to their email telling them I never received the order. The cost of the item was over 200.00. Do yourselves a favor.
Do not conduct business with this company. I will be calling my credit card company.

Flavair deducted the price from my checking account. I have never heard a word. Another company delivered my product

Completely screwed most subscribers over unless they are in highly populated areas. They had a direct number for complaints, but is now only a voicemail box or email, in which I have not gotten any response from.

Resolved yes but they still stole my money and there's nothing anyone will do about it since they get away with this with no one doing anything about it..
My only options was to order the 2 boxes of spirits that I paid for and did not want and could only get 1 refund for the 3 times I was charged and shouldn't have been. No other update is needed.
It is resolved for them. It may be resolved for me with no other options but they are like most companies today getting away with stealing my money and saying what they want to not me responsible.
It's not worth the headache, most definitely not worth the money. I had nothing but issues with the delivery service they use on every order.
Also, be sure to not believe it if it says your subscription will end at a certain time, like mine did.
They started to charge me again 3 months after it was to be ended according to the plan I signed up for. It was not clear that I was going to have a 3 month break after the plan ended, and then it would start back up (if it was on there at all).

The telephone is the worst way to communicate. Something significant must be executed in writing and served via signature controlled mail.
(USA : Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested). Otherwise, spit into the wind and see what happens.
