I would give this company zero stars if that were an option.

I have been drinking FlavCity protein powder shakes for many months now (Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor) and have not had any problems until now. I opened a new bag a few days ago and made a shake, using only plain yogurt, the powder, and milk.

When I tried it, it tasted absolutely horrendous. So I tried it again the next day, thinking this was a fluke, but it was not ( I tasted the yogurt and the milk separately and both were perfectly fine.). It was 100% unplatable (tasted like vomit). I emailed the company to ask if anything had changed.

Below is their response:

"Unlike many brands, we do not use natural flavors, which are often synthetic additives that help keep flavor and color identical from batch to batch. Instead, we use real whole food ingredients. That means natural variations can occur, just like how strawberries can taste sweeter or more tart depending on the season. Because of this, each batch may vary slightly as we adjust the amount of certain ingredients to achieve the desired flavor.

Rest assured, every bag still contains 20 full servings.

Were always refining and improving to deliver the best possible product made from real food ingredients, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support.

I then asked if they had a money back guarantee. Again, their response:

"We're sorry you do not care for the batch of protein smoothie you received.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. This is stated on our website for full transparency. We appreciate your understanding.

Needless to say, I am switching to a far more acceptable protein shake AND business! All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!They

I purchased over $200 in products from this company's website. They have stopped using reliable carriers like Brown or FedEx as they once did.

Today, they are using a logistics company called FlowSpace, who cannot be reached by phone. FlavCity's order status indicates they gave my order to FlowSpace 10 days ago, and absolutely no movement has happened on the package. When you check the tracking details, there are no scans or details about where this package is. All you see is a lame general message saying the package is delayed with no reason or detail.

FlavCity has been unresponsive to repeated attempts for assistance with their vendor or a refund. They just ignore emails, and they also do not have a phone. I am going to attempt to put the charge in dispute with my credit card company.

However, I might be out $200, which is a lot of money. The irony is this company preaches healthy eating and living and then causes their customers this kind of stress!
