Poor customer service and no response
I ordered the Crystal Elegance iPhone case and was given the wrong one. I have emailed over 10 times and received no response.
I even emailed that I could return it and how it should be done, and there was no response!
This has been the worst experience ever! Please do not order from this company because they absolutely do not care about customer satisfaction.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had to continue to communicate to get the issue resolved.
I felt like I was being ignored.
It took a long time to get a response. I was afraid it was a scam.
I purchase a phone case that was for the incorrect phone. There was a problem communicating with customer service I needed a case for my new phone, so I ordered the correct size for my phone because this was taking to long to get resolved.
I returned the incorrect case.
I was informed the case was received. Im having a problem getting my refund.

cant return on time before 30 days because no one will call before 48 hours?? Cant speak to a person. Very frustrating.

I am 72 year old n they r directing me to so many sides I write my.issue n then they tell me wrong go to this so I fill the form n it does let me submitted so I told them to call me left my phone number n still waiting for the call All I want is my money back on my account I sent the ups tracking # to them copy of the phone case n attachment circle for 47.00 dollars my cases should of been nice but they sent wrong size I had to pay 15.00 in ups to send it back order #EC876597 sorry to complain but I was expecting good service

I still haven't received my yellow Flaunt case. I placed my order on September 24, 2024, I can't even get in touch with anyone at the company.
I've ordered plenty of phone cases from Flaunt. I've never had this type of issue.
