Flatirons Imports

We recently purchased a pre-owned Acura from Flatirons imports. We had a very pleasant experience.

The sales rep (Morgan) was very easy going, not pushy and very helpful. She gave us all the time we needed to drive cars (we looked at a couple), didn't pressure us into making any decisions, and when it was time to complete the deal, she was very helpful. I'm sure going in on the last day of the month helped but they agreed to our offer on the car (which was a surprise). Once we started talking about money, we were done in ~50 minutes which we thought was very fast.

When we were done, the car was cleaned and ready for delivery. Our experience at Flatirons was a very good one and we would recommend others to shop there (and ask for Morgan).

There is no life time guarantee even though they tell you that I brought my back because the burner broke I did have the receipt but not the box . I called the number in California they said you have to have the box and it's 20.00.So I needed one that day so I bought I I a new one colors is the name of this one well I can't adjust the heat .

I have the box and the receipt and they will not exchange ..The flat iron does work just know now they don't back up what they say. I did get a 30.00 discount when I bought the second one so of something happens to this no more for me !

WORST EXPERIENCE....bad business practice and horrible trade in values. Unfortunately we bought a Subaru baja from this place and later on found out there was over $2000 worth of repairs that needed to be done.

I asked if they could help out on a trade in to compensate for it, but was given The cold shoulder and said the issues are separate. Not only that they wanted to sell the vehicle that we bought well over blue book value. Even with negotiating they were cheap and the used car finance guy is completely rude.

I am recommending others to go elsewhere. I will not be doing business with them again.

The finance and sales dept at Flatirons Imports of Boulder Colorado, aka Flatiron Subaru, will intentionally mislead and misinform you about auto financing, then try to steer you to use their choice of banks at higher apr. .This is what they did to me.

They mistated the used car loan value, made up a bogus claim that I should noot make a downpayment. They told me false information about my credit union's policies on used car loans, refused to return calls from my credit union rep, stalled, lied and denied when confronted with facts.

Shae in finance, and Linda the sales manager cannot be trusted.

They only claimed that my credit union was wrong ABOUT THEIR OWN POLICIES. Crazy
