I dont think this is flat rate answering service

I have used them for several years and so have many of my friends, they are the best I've ever had. There seem to be a lot of names that are the same.

I had one a few years ago that always answered with a recording AND MY CALLERS HAD TO WAIT 2 MINUTES TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. The flat rate I have answers promptly, sounds great and takes pretty accurate messages. When I have had issues, Dennis handles my complaint and explains it clearly and gets the problem solved right away.

Billing is simple and fair, so i can't say I have had any problems in that area. Usually spelling of names.

Biling department is incompetant

They charged my credit card twice. I called them and they said they would do a reversal by the end of the week.

That was 4 months ago. I called them over 15 times in the past 4 months and each time they said it will be reversed by the end of the week. shame on me for letting them drag me along. they did sound sincere though.

so I would call them incompetent not thieves.

they also said they would call me back to confirm that the reversal went through, they did not even once call me. one hundred words.

Flat Rate Answering Service Company is a fraud and a liar!

I called "Flat Rate Answering Service" wanting an answering service with a flat rate. Once you sign up and trial period is over they proceed to tell you that you exceeded your calling minutes and additional fee's will apply.

This company advertises "Flat rate of $98/mo, receive a flat rate every month with no additional surprises". Their advertising is false and misleading! Companies have to held accountable for false advertising.

Such a waste of time! Very Rude, unprofessional, and misleading!

I am writing this review because hopefully I can prevent others from wasting time and going with a more reputable company.
