Purchased from Stop and Shop, Union Turnpike, Queens, NY: 2 packs of cookie vanilla wafers. The cookies were all broken up.
I was pissed off. Finished the box, which was taped up.
Just opened, didn’t start the next one; same condition. These cookies should have never been sold.

Flashfood implies that the products posted are discounted 30%-50% from their normal shelf prices. However, Maxi on Mount Royal in Montreal posted nectarines which were sold at the same price and not discounted.
The store clerk was made aware of this but nothing has changed in the past 48 hours! Furthermore, Flashfood hasn't responded either!

I submitted 2 requests now that the Flashfood app will NOT accept my EBT card, did everything right, removed and reinstalled app, NO ONE WILL CONTACT ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!! All I get is a ticket number, then 2 days later they ask how their support is AND I GOT NONE AT ALL!!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! Especially for EBT users!!

Never had trouble before. Went to pick up the order I put in early yesterday morning they said I was a no pick up. I would love a refund.

They partner with stores that never gave the items you buy available. Then no way to contact flashflood for a refund except email. Takes weeks to get refund if you get one at all!
The items you buy & pay for are never available when you go to pick them up! Then there is no way to contact flash food other than emails. Takes weeks to get a refund if you ever get it at all

They ignore when u try to get rebate for spoiled product
I contacted them 5 times..ignored me ..wasted my money :/ I shop ALOT with them, but if there a problem you're on your own .
