I'm disgusted with some purchases that I go to pick up and they are not available. THey refund purschase but no compensation for my time and trip to pick up. My ? is where is the product??

THere is a lock on the cabinet but they don't use it. Apparently it's no lose to them so why should they care!!
I've complained to Flash and thery're answer was pick up that day!! Honestly I did one occasion and the food was still missing!!

I was pissed off. Finished the box, which was taped up.
Just opened, didn’t start the next one; same condition. These cookies should have never been sold.

Flashfood implies that the products posted are discounted 30%-50% from their normal shelf prices. However, Maxi on Mount Royal in Montreal posted nectarines which were sold at the same price and not discounted.
The store clerk was made aware of this but nothing has changed in the past 48 hours! Furthermore, Flashfood hasn't responded either!

- The Flashfood app won't accept my EBT card after 2 requests.
- I got a ticket number but no follow-up or support for EBT users.
I submitted 2 requests now that the Flashfood app will NOT accept my EBT card, did everything right, removed and reinstalled app, NO ONE WILL CONTACT ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!! All I get is a ticket number, then 2 days later they ask how their support is AND I GOT NONE AT ALL!!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! Especially for EBT users!!
