I switched over to flash wireless after having Verizon for 15 years. Service has been seamless and I haven't experienced any difference in coverage which was my main concern. Just received my first invoice this afternoon for Referring 5 friends and my bill is now only $12.45 (state taxes) I am very happy overall and website is easy to navigate through.

I had the worst experience ever!! Never use them, if you think you have been robbed of your money, or treated poorly, write to Business Consumer Alliance. What took me 4 weeks of getting no where, they got me a refund within 3 days of writing to them. Its a free non profit organization. Totally legit!! I wish you all luck dealing with the poor service at flashwireless!

Horrendous customer service. They have tsken 3 data payments out of my account in 4 days with no explanation. Text or chat, can not get a response. Nearly impossible to speak to a human being. Warned I was switching and thry could not care less.

I have been using Flash Wireless on the Sprint network for the past 3 years. I am greatly satisfied, same service at a better price. I don't feel overcharged every month like I used to paying $100/mo. There is no contract so I highly recommend trying the service and see for yourself.
