- - Out of the box, the ignition doesn't work.

- - Key lock won't engage the starter.

Out of the box, the ignition doesnt function and unit is useless.
I ordered it a couple months before I needed it and took it out of the box to install it, fitment was good.
Attached my steering wheel and tried the ignition.
Key lock doesnt turn far enough to engage the starter switch.
Everything is correct and nothing seems to be binding visually.
Must be something internally wrong.
