Warning!!! Do not do business with Flame Tech Co.
Melbourne, FL. Flame Tech Co in Melbourne, FL sold us several outdoor appliances including 2 Firemagic propane gas grills for $14,800. Mark Walker, the owner of the company assured us that the grills were appropriate for our ocean front location and that they were under warranty for 15 years. The grills were installed at the end of 2006 and have been repaired once a few years ago.
Now our propane company has red tagged the grills and Mr. Walker refuses to repair them. He told my husband not to call him again. The manufacturer, R.
H. Peterson Co. has refused to help us and just suggested that we contact the distributor but did not even let us know who the distributor is.
We now have no choice but to go to small claims court. Buyer beware of this company.
