Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. If I had not put in a dispute with Navy Federal Credit Union, I am afraid No thanks to Flagship this issue would not have been resolved.

Location: FLAG033 - Waldorf, MD - Old Washington Rd
On Saturday, Feb 01, 2025, I purchased the Ultimate Full-Service Unlimited Car Wash on a 2-month Special that was $36 for each month (the regular price for this particular wash is $59.99).
On Tuesday, Feb 04, 2025 I called Flagship customer service because I went into the website to set up my account and to download the mobile app but needed to make some changes. When I called and got Josh (Flagship customer service), whom was helping me trying to straighten out my problem.

However, this turned into a fiasco when I thought that it would be an easy fix, Insteaded Josh charged me (regular price) $59.99 for the Ultimate Full-Service membership then Josh stated that the only way to get this corrected is with a Supervisor.
I have been writing and contacting Flagship, putting in help tickets and to no avail.
I would like to have my REFUND of $59.99 AND my $36 membership reinstated because I have not gotten to use it because I have been focused on trying to get my $59.99 back.
I left my telephone number so that I could be reached to discuss this further however, no one has responded. I have even put in a disputed charge with my bank.

This would be a lot easier if Flagship would just give me my money back because Josh knows that He Messed up my account and charged me when he should have been issuing me a credit. Besides, why would I want the same plan in a matter of 2 days apart and for the price when I got unlimited washes at a discounted price for 60 days?
How can Flagship just take consumers money for their employee's mistakes?
