I never got my package I think it was taken from my porch

I did not ask for a premium account I did not give agreement to start any premium account but they took it upon themselves to charge my bank card for no reason. I am a senior and I can't afford no premium account fix is a and a rip off
Preferred solution: My $69 and change they charge me for a premium account that I did not ask for. They said you could get a premium account for a full year for $69 but I never agreed to take a full year premium account. I want my *** money back
