Fivestars - Problem getting my rewards
The store area 51 In Hollywood Florida has not been honoring the rewards and when Im told I have a certain amount of points on the app, it does not coincide with the machine at the store, and even though I show them, they will not honor it The manager Does not seem to care for the use of Five Stars so she makes it very difficult to be able to use the rewards. I am so disappointed with this because I spent a lot of money at that location. And wanted to add when I called in today for some advice at your customer service number. It was a waste of time it off with no assistance whatsoever.

User's recommendation: I will no longer recommend this to other customers who are my friends and family. It’s not worth the trouble.
