- - My first order was due in two days and no update after I asked to expedite; my second order from last week still hasn't arrived.
I got 1 of my packages and the ice both was melted and all the it was wet when I get my last order I’m not going to order from you’ll anymore because this was very unacceptable
Ordered the first one last month supposed to have been here in two days nothing called the young lady said she was going to expedite the service still nothing ordered last week another order and I havent seen anything thing about that now the guy told me to give him a day dont you think that Ive been long enough

I called the phone number listed, and someone was trying to give me a "free" something, and I said no thank you I want to talk with customer service, then he gave me another phone number, which went to DirecTV. I called back and could not get through.

- - Subscriptions canceled after speaking with support.
- - Card issue: last month or yesterday, NM/CA and two AZ, no call or text, seeking new provider.
I spoke with someone from your customer service office and ended up canceling all my subscriptions. I find it amazing that no one accepts responsibility for anything.
I was told that the credit card did not go through last month and they tried again yesterday but it didnt go through. I used the card yesterday at Lowes and this morning on Amazon with no problems. For a company who has all my contact information, I never received a call or text. I was told to check the spam folder.
I had subscriptions going to NM, CA and two for Az.
I guess you folks dont need my business. Its a pain in the neck but I am now looking for a new provider.

Cancel an order.Do not send any more. Having surgery and do not need.

Can not contact any one to cancel any further orders. Does not matter the time of day or what day that I call customer service I continue to get the same recording and it repeats and repeats but never connects to any services offered.
Makes me feel that this is not a light site and will never recommend it again to anyone. Cancel any further orders!!!

Way over charged
- - Received two gummy orders in four days and did not want a subscription.
- - They were charged after cancellation and want an RMA for two unopened boxes.
I keep getting sent two pkgs of your gummies within 4 days of each other. I originally ordered these to try.
Never wanted or asked for a subscription on this product. I was told on the phone to write refused and return to sender which I did perhaps a month ago.Two pkgs were picked up and sent back to your company.I have been charged hundreds of dollars and keep getting more, even though I was told in a e-mail all subscriptions which I do have for one of your products were to be cancelled. I am disputing these charges on my discover bill with them. I have two pkgs that I have not even opened and want a RMA to mail back to you.
