Resolved: Won't pay and won't respond

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They resolved the issue and i got my money so i am happy with them for now customer service was very helpful.

It is proving to be an entire scam and a thievery.

- - No emails; no support replies; earlier $5 cash-out promised; used virtual card; sue.
I attempted to cash out 3 days ago with $5. It still hasn't appeared in my bank account.
The app before that also said that I had another $5 waiting on me to cash out, but then it never let me. I now have tried again for the 5 surveys I just took today($5), but I chose "virtual card" this time as the form of payment from the app. I have received no emails regarding any of this, I have messaged customer service numerous times on numerous days, and I have also called the customer service numbers that I have found online. Literally, I have received NOTHING.
So, this is absolutely leading to a lawsuit.
Therefore, if I am not helped with this, and if my payments are not fulfilled, I will be filing a lawsuit against Five Surveys for stealing my time and for not giving me my due rewards for completing their surveys as well as doing them with ALL rules met. Thank you.

Poor excuse for customer service, they never want to help

Very furious with you guys , I'm going days in a row without any successful surveys, and your customer support doesn't help, they just apologize for my inconvenience and toss me aside and call it a day

No reward
- - They used to cash out in minutes.
- - Now rewards take weeks and I get no response.

They used to be so efficient and you could cash out within minutes. 2 times now Ive had to wait weeks and chase down my reward.
Got the first one, but no response and still waiting for the second.
They never respond to messages either. Advice: take screen shots !!

- - 5surveys offers five surveys for five dollars; two $20 Walmart gift cards used the same claim code, second invalid, but $20 deducted twice.
On 5surveys, you can earn money by taking surveys: five series for five dollars. I cashed out a gift card for Walmart at 11:05 p.m.
on 9/15 for $20 and then another gift card for Walmart at 5:37 a.m. on 9/16, and they both had the same claim code. So, of course, when I tried to use the second one, it was invalid because it was already initiated, but $20 was subtracted twice off my balance from $40, so I was only able to redeem $20. I contacted customer support, and they tried to tell me that it is impossible for their system to provide the same claim code for two different transactions, like a computer doesn't make errors.
Then they tried to reroute me to somebody else to try and resolve my issue and contact the reward provider, and I have no idea who that is. The app simply says to contact 5surveys help for issues and support. I asked for an email so that I could provide them with a screenshot of the claim codes that are duplicates and times, but they did not give me an email; they simply said they had a high volume of responders to reply to.
I've been loyal to this app for many years, and I don't appreciate being ripped off for $20 and having to take this much time and effort and redirection to get reimbursed for a computer error. This happened once before months ago, and they did not question me; they simply reimbursed me and put the credit back on my account instead of telling me to contact somebody else.

I've done four surveys in a row. Earlier, every time I get close to the end, I get screened out.
I don't know how many I attempted before when I had the app downloaded; same problem. I'm at the 4th survey, and I cannot complete any to get to number five. Why? Because they're a bunch of scam artists.
You don't even get anything for almost completing a survey. At least with Eureka, if you get kicked out of the subway, they give you a couple of cents for your time.

These cheap idiots will not pay me for the $5.00 that I worked for so they can keep it as undeclared income so they do not have to pay their tax on the money that they took from me, cheats. Do not use this web site unless you want to work hours for free.
Think it's a joke, I already had over 100 views on my complaints, and who know how many people they told. Also, I will be contacting the IRS about you undeclared income which you cheated me out of very soon if you do not pay me.

- - I completed 5 surveys for Five Surveys but can’t cash out or contact support because the site shows ERROR and I’m left with $5.
They still are saying that they do not know my E Mail address so there's no way that they can pay me, however, if their online support was working the issue could be solved, however when I click on online support it says "ERROR". a COMPLETE RIP OFF, I'm thinking about reporting them to the IRS for not paying their TAXES on the money that they are cheating the clients out of. Un Declared Income.
I did 5 surveys for Five Surveys company and when I tried to cash out their web page says " ERROR", the I tried to contact them by clicking HELP and their web page said "ERROR" so I can not cash out and I can not contact them to let them know that I can not cash out. So they are keeping the $5.00 that I worked my *** off to get.

- - Spends 20-30 minutes on full surveys but gets only half credit.

I've been using the five survey app for several months now and it's a really good app but I filled out at least 10 to 20 surveys maybe 30 that were full surveys and only received half credit I've emailed them several times they have accommodated me once and gave me additional credit of 1/2, it's ridiculous because you spend 20 30 minutes on a survey and only get credited for half a survey not only that you spend a lot of time on surveys and get screened out all the time so you're investing a lot of time to complete their surveys I've been dedicated to this app for a long time and been loyal I feel ripped off,1/2 a credit for 20 to 30 surveys adds up to a lot of money, as you get $5 for every five service you fill out. I want to keep using this app but I'm really upset and frustrated and I want to be credited for my time served and put in.

Supporter5 Surveys did Not pay the $5 reward I earned by doing online surveys.
- - Earned five dollars from online surveys but could not redeem a Five Dollar Amazon Gift Card; received a bogus claim code repeatedly.
I earned Five dollars by entering several online surveys. I sent them all the information necessary to redeem the Five Dollar Amazon Gift Card.
They sent me a USED BOGUS Claim Code number. I sent them all the required information several more times. They sent me the same exact BOGUS CLAIM number three more times. I even complained and sent the information to "Tremendous", the company who supposedly send the redemption out to people.
I sent them all the information too.
It only caused the BOGUS CLAIM NUMBER to come out again. I don't know what to do next except leave reviews at every site I can find.

- Do not pay the rewards you earn

5 Surveys is suppose to give you $5.oo for five completed surveys, well I already found out that if it sounds to good to be true then it is, they lied and kept the $5.00 that I worked so hard for. Because I tried to do about 20 surveys before I was able to complete five surveys, so here's the deal, they are using my address and my legal name to cheat the IRS out of taxes.
Because, they tell the government," on paper," that they paid me and the $ 5.00 that they cheated me out of then becomes UNTAXABLE INCOME, they are scamming the Government out of taxes. So just think for a minute, if they cheat 50 people out of their $ 5.00, they are making lots of untaxable income, so right now I am trying to find a web site for the IRS to report their untaxable income but so far no luck.
