I bought a new car and realized pollen was sticking to it and so I had the car washed and waxed at Freds express car wash and the stuff did not come off I asked Fred if he would buff it and he said no maam the car aint been no where its brand new and take it back to dealership. Went to dealership and one of the managers said that was the sticky stuff that they put on car to deliver it.

Well now they are saying I had the car buffed and thats not true. When I took it in this morning to be buffed at the dealership it came back worse then what it was. I can expect to have this car like this because I dont feel they are gonna make it right. It breaks my heart to have worked so hard for something that was ruined by the sticky paper they put on it.

I will never buy another car from them after they sold this car the service department and sales man have been horrible. They got me and Im stuck. Hopefully this review will save the next person from this treatment. Pretty much my mom and me are liars.

At this point I just honestly would like to get my car fixed.

The car has not been no where and garage kept. Beware!!!

It all started,once I signed the contract.at five star Nissan in Florence SC.a $13 or $14 thousand

Car, ended up costing $27,000

Deal was done.the car was to be delivered to my home.how ever

It was not.

The car was dirty,plus the tag

Was delayed.as of right now I still

Don't have our state tag.the title

Office said a paper was missing.

Temp tags don't last long.

The get, manager was very rude.

He got close to me and open his

Hands up in a motion as if he

Was going to hit me,but then he said can you read.im 60 and a two

Time vet of the usmc.

I had to control myself once he got

Close.in a big unfriendly way.

The dealership, manager made a promise to clean the car and refill

The tank.

He did not do so.

And one person ,at that dealership

Didn't even know his name.

When I ask him his name he gave

Two or three different names.
