Poor customer services and late deadlines
Ordered building and was contacted by Five star metal buildings about my site work. I was told to send a picture of my concrete pad once finished.
Once I sent the picture I had to call several times to verify the picture was received with no success. I had to call the sales rep for him to call the office but only then did I get a response. I was told at that point it would be 6-8 week. Week 7 I still havent heard anything so I called the office.
Was told it would be an additional 4-5 weeks but could possibly be more. I then talked again to my sales rep who of course had an excuse of why they were behind. From my understanding they dont even start to build your building until you show proof of your concrete pad even though you have a signed contract to purchase. Dont go with this company.
You will regret it and will wait for months to get your building. No updates from anyone at 5 star
