Horrible service and aggressive pricing tactics

This company came by to clean our air ducts. Once they got inside the house all of the agreed upon prices were killed. They wanted $600 more than the initial price!!! Just a classic attempt to try and squeeze money out of a stay at home mom. When we didn't agree to the new pricing the company got ugly real quick. We're receiving threatening calls and all kinds of childish behavior. I looked at other review sites and this company has a long history of bait and switch pricing. If you let them in your house there's a good chance there going to "find" a lot of other things to charge you for. This company tried to steamroll us for more than $700 for air duct cleaning of a mid-size house. That's a ridiculous price. And, when we said "no thanks" the phone calls and violent threats started. Avoid this company.

They did the worse work ever

My furnace stop working two days ago, i call this company five star furnace to fix my heating or just to check what was going in on. They came, this guy, his name is Keit, he didn't even knew how to remove the thermostat from the wall. He check the furnace and start saying about bunch of staff that has to be replace. He left, he call my husband and charge him $365dls for parts when we don't even agree with his opinion. He send two other guys the next day they charge me another $125dls for labor when they don't even did nothing to my furnace. Their are a thieves, they charge so much money and they didn't fix my heater we put a complain, and they owner or manager Keit he wasn't answer the phone calls to my husband or my self. I just want to aware to the people for this Kain a companies or persons, they don't know what they doing and they just take your money for no reason.
