Five Star dealerships charge 190.00 an hour for labor cost. The Jeep dealership in Dublin Ga 1 hour away from Warner Robins charge 115.00 hour for labor. My warranty Company agreed to pay 120 hour for labor cost but I was told by Five Star that I still owed 1200 hundred dollars because the labor cost for Five Star is 190.00 hour. Five Star must be embarrassed about charging 190.00 an hour they do not disclose the charge of 190.00 hour for labor until my engine was tore down leaving me helpless to move my Jeep to some other dealership with a 120.00 rate. I checked other dealerships in the area they charge 120.00 dollars hour. I was told by my warranty company that 120.00 was the average for Warner Robins Area still scratching my head how Five Star dealerships charge 190.00 hour. Pissed off customer
