Five Star Chevrolet Cadillac Buick Gmc
Five Star dealer ship wont stand behind GM vehicles
I have 2011 Chev Silverado. My wife bumped into a tree with passenger side mirror.
Breakaway mirror did not protect mirror from damage. When I spoke to dealership they told me the mirror was for me to pull back out of the way if i get too close to something. If that is the case, why is it also make to breakaway forward?
When I first got to dealership I spoke to the salesman that sold me the truck, and he agreed. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchase from Five Star in the last 6 years, they are willing to lose a repeat customer over a part that costs less than 100.00.
False Advertising
On July 14, 2011, I went to Five Star Chevorlet in Warner Robins, Ga. to purchase a new truck.
They had a model in front of the Dealership advertised for $30,900. As I sat down with the Salesman, he stated that it really cost $32,800. I was going to trade in my 2002 V6 extended cab Ford Ranger with 204,000 miles on the new purchase. He allowed me $1,000 for the trade-in.
I was at the dealership one hour and nine minutes trying to retrieve my truck keys back from the manager. This dealership is dishonest and crooked.
They try to get you in their system and play you as long as they possibly can.... by not returning your keys so you can leave

your wife is clearly at fault for hitting the dam tree to begin with, how could u possibly expect the dealer to pay for that? its not a defective mirror.
its crybaby citizens like yourself who give otherwise reputable dealerships a bad name. suck it up and fix the mirror yourself, YOUR WIFE BROKE IT, NOT THE DEALERSHIP
