Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. They said some people don't get confirmation email.

However they said we shipped your order. DSW is good company and all products are very good.you guys trust on for everything.

I ordered some stuff from DSW.but I didn't get any conformation about my order However when I contact with company they gave me good response.it's very helpful. When I called the DSW store I told my issue they said often happened with customers. And finally today I got my parcel thank you so much DSW

My full order didn't arrived in total and I need an extention time for the items for pickup

I order seven pairs of shoes, two of them arrived at home and the rest of them were sent to the store close to my house. The shoes didn't not arrived at once so two orders arrived sooner and have to be pick them up in about 4 days and the rest in one week.

I don't pickup the 2 orders thinking to get al of them at once but my order was canceled for the early shoes that arrived first at the store. Yes I received a E-mail telling me to pick up my first order but not warning to cancel my orders.

Besides, the store is not close to me to get every pair of shoes that I ordered. This is my bad experience with you guys, bad service.

I returned the shoes and I didn't get my rewards back. The customer service lady told me that when I process the refund, I will lose the rewards which I obtained from other purchases.

Bought a pair of boots I used 4-6 times and walked less than half a kilometer in before they started breaking down while still brand new. They suggested the damage was intentional and offered a 10% discount even after seeing the pictures. If you want *** poor product and even worse service now you know where to get it.

I ordered from Bluewater take away yesterday and I waited 45 minutes, the burgers were cold and wrong toppings. They forgot the fries and the milkshakes .

I alerted the team but I was waiting so long for someone to Help I had to leave. I have the receipt

Cheese

I eat clean. Your burgers was lean fresh and tasty but when I asked for cheese I got a processed slice on why go to the effort of freshness ad spoil it with processed cheese. Disappointing

Five guys in U.K.

So,I went to five guys in Milton Keynes a while ago and this is what happened-me and my mum walked up to the counter and looked at the menu. The menu was so basic it had like 8 things on it,so I order a cheeseburger and my mum orders a drink.

We refused to get two drinks or two burgers because it was so *** expensive-it was like 10 for a burger,so we sit down and wait after taking are order from a Romanian guy who couldn't speak a word of English. We complain the entire time waiting because the place looked like a bathroom with the tiling on the walls and nothing to look at but some migrants chatting and Making food,so after 5 minutes I go up and get the food and the staff are really unfriendly but I thought "it's Sunday who wants to be at work" the burger was tiny and average and the drink cup was big but half-filled.

Overall five guys tastes ok and is good for on the go food when your busy but too *** expensive and boring to go in. Maybe americas five guys are better.

I don't eat fast food often but when I do again I'll go back to my fiver a meal jobs. It's no surprise the restaurants are always empty. Seriously.

Sort it out. The burger was nice but not worth 8 quid!!!

USING UNLICENSED, OUT-OF-STATE "ADJUSTERS" IN PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM

Injury occurred when entering a DSW store. Went to emergency room for treatment. Filed

claim with DSW (four months ago). After providing necessary statements and medical

release forms to DSW partner/co-conspirator, CorVel Corporation, there was no further

response from either DSW or CorVel for two months.

I wrote dozens of letters to DSW and to CorVel, but have received only three letters in total.

They are still "investigating".

We did learn why DSW uses a claims management company that is 1400 miles away from

where we live and where the injury occurred. Maryland is one of a few states that does

not license insurance adjusters. Texas, where the incident took place, has more stringent

laws relative to insurance companies, adjusters and claims handling. To operate in Texas,

an insurance adjuster must be licensed. The two Maryland adjusters who were "handling"

our Claim, Tom Gayo and Chris Jensen, were not licensed in Texas at the time that they

were handling the claim.

Apparently DSW does not want to be bothered by all the rules and regulations here in Texas,

and simply elects to disregard Texas law.

Also, do not expect business ethics from this company.
