Bad customer service
Misleading to me about lease the car instead to buy a car . They told me zero down $ 285 monthly payments for 2018 Toyota 4 runner.
When I trade my car 2015 4 runner Toyota. Sound looks they going to write a check for About $ 12 thousand. Then they explain me at 10 pm by finance lady it went to down payment for lease . No one told until 10 pm when I asked the finance lady about my check .
Then she told me , they started 12pm left they been calling me every thing is ready nothing was ready . Came 5pm till 10pm was tired . Made me tired . I wanted to go home , I am president of Amia corporation, this is my 4 the Toyota car in 10 years .

What else the duty manger insulted me . I don’t know how this location pick their people. I own the business, in my place he would be out .
This duty manager 02/26/2018 humulate me , he was copying my way of talking because I am foreigner , my way of speaking English was according to him . I been living here since 1980 & owning a business have more then 3 manager and 46 employees
