I have contacted company on multiple occasions still didn’t receive requested documents.I just bealive that this is one big scam at this stage.

My matter has not been resolved. I havent received any information that I have requested.

I am starting to believe that this may be fraudulent company. Especially when responding to email it says that this email is inactive since February, yet I was receiving emails last week.

Im asking for contact and further assistance on this matter.

Diese Monat und nächste Monat die Fitx Studio in Jena ist geschlossen.Die Fitx Studio hat für diese Monat (Juli)alle 24 Gebür auf meine Konto erhalten.Das ist ein Problem für mich ,damit Sie für andere Leute nur 10 Euro erhalten.Ich freue mich sehr von Ihnen zu hören.

Hi,

My name is Sayali Sherekar. I was a member of Fitx in 2020 and due to Covid, I didn't use the studio after that.

In 2022, I moved to Frankfurt for my job and there is no Fitx in Frankfurt. Multiple times, I tried to cancel the contract from the application, but it didn't work out, so I emailed my problem to the support mail of Fitx and didn't receive any response. Right now, you complained to Collectia that I am not making my payments to Fitx, where I already tried to reach out to you regarding the termination of my contract. The fine charged is 467,67 euros, which is a lot for a service that I didn't use at all.

You can check my logins from the card; you won't find any entries of me using the gym. This is not fair to the customer/member, where by sending my case to Collectia, it hampers my credit score when I am clearly not at fault. I wrote down an email to them as well but didn't receive any response yet. I can send the screenshot as well where I have written down an email to you in November 2022.

Also, I can send the proof that I have been living in Frankfurt for the last 2 years where there is no Fitx. So, I would really like to ask you for my money back because I am genuinely facing a problem for no reason.

This large amount is not fair at all. Please let me know your response as soon as possible.

I did my house shifting in last month with help of porter and I will say this will be my last one because my experience was very bad so I will suggest anyone don't use this application or you will suffer like me and pay more. will take

A companhia Fitx não tem um bom suporte para os clientes, o aplicativo está sempre com defeito, call center nunca atende as ligações, os aparelhos quase sempre estão danificados, os armários para guardarmos nossos bens, mochilas, objetos na maioria das vezes não funcionam, por esses e vários outros motivos eu não aconselho Fitx a nenhum amigo ou conhecido
