Bad management

I was a member in Weymouth Massachusetts location & They kept on charging me $25 fee every month & claiming the payment was bouncing So I called my bank & they said the problem on the other end so I went back & the Manager Tim was so rude & aggressive & wasnt not interested in solving the problem

So June 1 of 2023 on my billing Cycle I called Tim & asked him why the payment wasnt taken yet & there was plenty of money in the account & his response was lets wait so I did

Tell the next day when they charged me the $25 Fee again

I went to him to solve the issue & his way of solving it was to go back to my bank

Horrible management very poor customer service

Avoid this place at all costs. My complaint list is too long to post here! Suffice it to say that they are all about money, only money, not people. They kept charging my credit card long after they said they would and now they won't give me a refund. Heck, they won't even respond to my emails or phone calls. Heed my warning and not be a sucker like me!

Fitworks - Refund

A Fitworks Female sold my mother $150 gift card to the facility prior to Christmas, with my mothers understanding if I did not need the gift card it would be able to be refunded back with receipt I went up to the facility to start my first month thinking I would be using the facility, come to find out two days later I have a job opportunity outside of Ohio meaning I will no longer be able to use the card for my area nor will have the time to use it in another.

I went back to the facility with both receipts and not ever using the gym to hopefully get a reimbursement for the card that is not able to be used the head of the facility told me that there was nothing that they can do because it was a gift card and whoever was spoken to gave Miss information.

Now with the understanding that this is not a customers fault this is a facilities fault and employment and a refund should be provided since miss information. But the head of the facility did not see it that way and did not know how to be able to refund something like that and mention to just giving it away.

This is the first time having an issue like this any other time any facility as long as a receipt is issued and the gift card is still at full price of the purchase. Then it can be refunded.

Very displeased and dissatisfied with the customer service as well as not having a customer Caroline to contact Fitworks company directly.

Gym was not open when I showed up to work out waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes so I left also isn't open 24 hours always giving excuses general manager running gym into the GROUND

I was at Fit works gym in 2016 in Parma Ohio on Day Drive and Michael Wheeler one of the managers made threats to me that he would beat me and kill me I called the headquarters and they did nothing about this Michael Wheeler. They told me it was my fault also There was a lot of sexual misconduct going on in the men's room and Tom Metzger one of the members was making sex advances to me, I reported him and Michael Wheeler laughed about it and the sexual harassing continued.

This company is a scam, closed down a location but the fine print says if it is within 25 miles of another location they can still charge you. Never even sent us any info, just closed.. Do not trust them, and then when you contact corporate to resolve will not call you back and just send you to collections...
