They ripped me off!!!

- - No refund after months of emails; Jan 15, 2021 reply offered none.
I ordered and paid for a fitness watch on October 26, 2020 and never received my watch nor my requested REFUND. This went on for months after 10-15 email requests, I received a response on January 15, 2021.
No refund, they asked me to send them money to help with their out of business issues.
Close them down!! Don't ever buy their product!!

- - Phone lines stay busy; replies are automated.

Back on June 12, 2020, I ordered a FitTech watch from Tiawan and still have not recieved it. They never answer their phones which is a recording and you only replies are from a electronic answers.
Tracking looks like a five year old put it together. Stay away from this company, they apparently could careless about customers.
Put the extra money out for a Fitbit from the store. This company is a joke!!!!
