Cancellation request

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the past week using the link on their website under cancellation but it always shows »internal error » message. I emailed Fitocracy twice using the email addresses mentioned in the websites and theyre both undeliverable! It is like you are stuck once you sign up!!!

I didnt like the basic plan of 7 dollars a month because it has no structure; it just felt half-assed enough to force you to go to the one-on-one coaching option costing 120 at least!
