Fitness 19 had the worst management team! I don't know how they remained opened so long! I had a problem with not being told that I had to pay a 29.00 annual fee! Well you don't have to worry about me every stepping foot in there again! Can you say cancejng! I can! And I will tomorrow! Will never tell anybody to go to that ripe off place! unsatisfied customer!

I signed up through a good friend of mine. So i trusted and didn't do research on them. I was not aware that u can't cancel over the phone and unreliable information. I should have never signed up with. Never rely on friends only when it comes situation like this. No headquarters at all. This must not be in business. Better sign up with bigger gym companies

I like the fitness 19 coz they have a sitter but what I don't like is their sitter marinelle. Whenever she's the sitter at fitness 19 daly city there's a problem with my son. And he cries whenever she's the sitter. But when there's a different sitter I don't have a problem at all... And i heard she was yelling to other kids.
