I unfortunately misplaced items needed to operate my fixnation treadmill.(Remote and electrical cord). I found the number on internet to customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking to a representative that not only listened to my dilemma,he carefully guilded me to the solution on the problem.

Broken Pedal
I didn't get far with the woman on the phone, I was actually disconnected. The pedal broke off and the 'screw' is all stripped so can't really ride it.
I love my bike but I would love to ride it. If someone could please call me?

They responded quickly and everything was resolved. Part of the problem was something I did wrong with my equipment. I just had to reset it.

Still within warranty, this Flexbike Ultra developed a hammering noise, which grew louder and more consistent with use. I asked for help troubleshooting and ways to fix it, and they asked for a video.
So I sent them a video clip demonstrating the issue. The next day they sent me an email saying that this case was closed! I emailed again, requesting help to fix this; they then stated that I would be hearing from "technical support" in 24-72 hours. I heard nothing.
I called again, requesting a supervisor/manager and spoke to somebody in Bulgaria who said they would escalate this case. Again, nothing. This went on for 6 weeks. They have literally NO customer service whatsoever, even with multiple emails/calls in which they repeatedly tell you the same thing over and over.
Check trustpilot for real reviews. Echelon/Fitnation does not honor their warranty.

I returned a fitnation bike in January and I still have not received my refund! I call, and call and call, with promises of a refund.
I know theyre trying to wear me out because Im elderly, but I really need my money back. Stop lying to me and give me my money back!!!

What voltage does treadmill require?
No complaints. What voltage is required for folding treadmill? Need to know if I have enough before purchasing.

Product not received
Order a Fitnation exercise bike that on line was available. Inquired a week later for shipping date and was advised that it would be 4 weeks to advise when it will be shipped.
I asked for a refund since nowhere on the site is the 4 week waiting time listed.
It was needed for medical reasons. No reply, No refund, No shipping information 3 weeks later.
