Trying to get in contact with fitkicks to answer a question.

It appears the fitkicks customer service is hard to find/locate. I wear a woman's size 7 1/2 wide woman's shoe and want to purchase the water shoes and slippers and would like a recommendation to find out what shoe size would be recommended before I purchase the product.
Also, computers are not my thing and I'm having a difficult time navigating to find an answer to this question. Assistance is welcome.

Shoes broke after one use
Show broke after one use. Bought on June 25, June 26 the elastic band is breaking off, I even sized up.

Fitkicks shoes, nice inside; terrible outside. Do not buy these if you want to wear them in the water (mountain stream or beach) because the seem on the front near the big toe will come undone.
- - After an hour in streams, toes stuck through the front and soles slid around.
- - They are the right size and thickness for packing in a backpack.
DonWe packed our fitkicks shoes for vacation and used them to walk through mountain streams when hiking (wore our other hiking shoes while actually hiking.). Within the hour both of our front toes were sticking through the front of the shoe and the soles of the shoe were sliding around. Its too bad because they are the perfect size and thickness for being able to pack and take in a backpack.

I’m back in Pennsylvania now & noticed that my green band is hanging on by a thread.
I’m not able to repair them, and would really like a replacement sent since they’re only 2 weeks old.

Fell apart

Bought a pair of fitkiks for lounging. using on airlines etc.didnt get to go.beyond lounging at home wore them twice.
The cross strap fell off and where it was attached separated from the sole of the shoe making them unwearable.Sent email to a web site "stated we are just a distributor contact the manufacturer" they did not provide a manufacturers email nor can i find one on line.
Save your money. .Buy a better made product ,one that has a real customer service dept to contact.
Incredible Dissapointed

Attached are pictures of the second pair of fit kicks I have purchased and the second pair I have had to throw away after just the third use. I love kayaking and hiking and was thrilled when I first found fit kicks!
Affordable, comfortable, great patterns, and advertised to do all the things I love. The first pair I owned became an open toed shoe while I was swimming. Thank goodness I had my spare $4 three year old Walmart water shoes. The second pair (pictured) has multiple holes.
When I first got my fit kicks I told everyone I knew about them and told them they had to get a pair. I'm now retracting my statements and telling people they are better off buying the cheap Walmart water shoes. Wish fit kicks worked out better.
After contacting what i believed to be the FitKicks customer contact through email they informed they cant help me and I need to contact the manufacturer which they will not provide contact information for. Sad shoes and sad service.
