I reiterate my warning ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with FitJeans under any circumstance as your return will be entrapped and defeated by there computer program coding designed to loop your request back to the beginning .

Fit Jeans lies to the consumer! They falsely state per their return policy you will get an email response within 24 hours that includes a RML ( return mail label ) - all you have to do is use their return portal , provide your email and order number and hit submit! What you get is nothing but the reply Need more Help ? Send an email to to help at fit jeans dot com which generates the same page requesting order number and email as in the return portal and when you hit submit you get nothing but a page that says need more help ?

The name of the web page is called Loop Returns so this mousetrap is by design. Eventually you will get an AI generated reply saying you will get a reply shortly but if you need more help write an email to help at fit jeans dot com which starts the same computer generated AI loop to regurgitate over and over!

At NO time despite 14 emails from me over past seven days I ever receive any ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of my order number or return ssue ( too big ) and a RML return mailing label! ! This default is by design: the goal is to defeat your return request by frustrating you into giving up.

The bot and the endless loop absent any real acknowledgement of your order number or return issue creates the endless loop.

There are No Returns at FITJEANS is their actual unstated policy but to the consumer its a whole sickening charade of lies that make it appear your return is being processed just give us your order number and email and hit submit !

I repeat after one week and 14 emails to their support email at no time did any person or bot respond to my return Request order number provided and issue a RML . My return was brilliantly defeated as per FitJeans intention.
