F for FITELO and F for FRAUD. What a coincidence.

I was going through negative and positive comments on this website. Surprise what I found there. All the positive comments posted on this website are false. You may ask why?

The positive comments have been posted by their own employees (Managers, relationship managers). I have attached the screenshots of the positive reviews along with the screenshots of linkedin profiles of people who posted them and you can see they all work for FITELO. I would suggest you all to look through negative comments seriously and condemn all the positive reviews. This organisation is a big joke and we need to condemn this behaviour where people take their customers for granted and if possible just file a case against them for being the biggest fraud of INDIA .

Stop following these money snatchers blindly and instead save your hard earned money. All the reviews on their Insta page or Facebook are made up trust me. They are all marketing strategies we are falling for and we need to stop this cycle.

Fitelo is a scam. I will give you many reasons to believe so.

First of all, their dieticians, relationship managers, senior managers are incompetent. They make false promise that they dont live up to. They are the worst organisation in terms of their unprofessional behaviour. Dont fall for this trap.

Instead try other diets, exercise and lead a healthy life. Coming back how come this company a big SCAM AND A FRAUD.

I joined Fatelo on October 9th with high hopes and a plan to start my journey on October 15th. Unfortunately, my experience thus far has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
It has been nearly a week since I joined, and I still cannot access my account. The support team at Fatelo has been providing me with various excuses, but none of them have resulted in a resolution to my issue. This delay is not only causing inconvenience but is also wasting precious time that I had set aside for my planned activities.
I understand that technical issues can occur, and sometimes, it takes time to resolve them.

However, the lack of transparency and the repeated excuses from Fatelo's support team are causing significant frustration. I had hoped for a smooth onboarding process, but my experience has been quite the opposite. Now they need more to resolve issue.
As a member of this community, I believe in the potential of Fatelo to help people reach their goals and make positive changes in their lives. However, it is crucial that the platform and its support team prioritize transparency, communication, and timely issue resolution.
I hope that Fatelo takes my feedback and the concerns of its users seriously, working to improve the user experience and ensure that such frustrating delays do not happen in the future.

Dietitians are not knowledgeable enough for disease Management. Their entire focus is to incite ppl to buy their plans and then don't provide the promised services.

If its such a bug company and they really care about people's health then why they don't refund money if someone does not want to pursue with them. The dietitians I came across had no knowledge and gave me diet which could worsen my condition.

When I raised my concerns, they moved me from 1 dietitian to another though all of them did the same thing. Their entire focus is to loose weight irrespective of the side effects it has.I wasted my 400$ and only Ignorants will follow their diet who are food junkies and don't know anything at all about food

I was looking for a good diet guidance postpartum that could help me in losing extra kgs and inches but keeping my nutrition, lactation and energy levels up and that i could sustain in long run. When I came across fitelo, one of their marketing guy- Kanishk gave a call to give magical information on how fitelo works, how it is sustainable even for 4-5 years, how theyll guide me a lactation friendly diet, super foods that would help my hairloss as they felt it was hormonal, how theyll help me make all home made hair and face packs, how theyll follow up on my consultation and most importantly how he compared the proteins and micronutrients book theory of watermelon seeds and chia seeds and claimed I wont need even one extra supplement and theyll make me a magical diet from my kitchen.

It was too good to believe and I instantly fell for it and directly took 6 months pack only to know it was a trap. Starting my plan itself with them took 22 days. The app doesnt work, the smart scale shows totally crazy figures (I am 15kg overweight and 33 years old but the scale shows my BMI as 22 and my metabolic age as 23 lol), the dieticians give crazy crash diet that not only makes you starve but you end up feeling very low and drained, how the dietician couldnt answer my questions and gave up clearly when I asked lactation friendly food or some superfoods to meet my nutrition, when I asked for some hair pack or face pack as promised, she clearly told who gave you all that false information, go to doctor for those issues, and how Im stuck for 6 months with these people.

The support is crazy, its like Airtel, every time you call some new person will pick and he will have no clue what that sales guy promised, how dietitian works and dont even get me started on this app. Overall, Ill never ever recommend anyone to waste their precious time, money, efforts and motivation on this fake platform.

My experience with the Fitelo Diet App was nothing short of disappointing. From the outset, I was provided with a poor diet to follow, which yielded no noticeable change in weight loss despite my adherence to its recommendations.

What's more, the app completely lacked any form of body follow-up on progress, leaving me feeling abandoned and unsupported in my journey towards better health.

Considering these shortcomings, I cannot in good faith recommend the Fitelo Diet App to anyone, especially those residing in Canada. Its promises of transformation ring hollow in the face of its inability to deliver tangible results, making it a regrettable investment of time and resources.

I m an international customer and the company takes money upfront with no recourse:

- I was told they serve international clients but their last shift finishes at 1230pm my time with no support after that. This was told to me after I gave the money

- very unprofessional customer service.

Failed attempts to reach out for help if not happy with the dietician.

- employees not trained to handle international clients. They will call you at the middle of the night not realizing you are not in the same time zone as them

- dieticians cant suggest you food based on whats available in the country you live in, especially if are a working person and have to travel, they fail to provide support.

Fitelo is a group of people who are just good at enticing people not at the diet. I am living abroad and I was already into athletics and fitness.

I contacted them to improve my performance. I will highlight my experience.

- Mainly my health degraded and I ended up with stomach issues.

- As of 24/11/23, their meals do not have a count of intake of Calories, Protein, Fat, etc. You are eating on without knowing how much you eating.

- They do not provide a grocery list, and meals change so frequently that you cannot cook them because ingredients/items are not available

- I contacted management and expressed dissatisfaction. BUT NO ANSWER rather they blocked me.

- There is no time flexibility.

They work according to IST and you have to follow their time and day.

- Meals are not geographically friendly. I have sent a list of all the available vegetables and fruit.

But they stick to Indian options only.

- There are other ignoreable issues e.g. overcommitment, not well-defined meals.

- The dietitian seemed OK in the consultation and was responsive.

Overall, I would say "A BIG NO TO FITELO".

I had taken a plan for 1 month to see if it works for me was told it can be extended to 3 months by paying balance amount all the information was given by a person named Saurabh who totally convinced me that I should go for it and extend it if I am satisfied now it's been 2 weeks I am following the plan and I am that if I have to extend it should be done within 15days only not later but I was never give this info earlier how can anyone decide in 2 weeks whether the diet is working for them or not it's a complete sham i ended up wasting me 5k and totally disgusted on the misinformation and lies to trap people.

Joined it in October 2022, average weight loss is less than 1 kg per month. Their dieticians are very incompetent.

Don't have any nutrition knowledge. Their advertisements are so misleading. Their Diet plan and claims are completely opposite. They basically want you to eat kaddu for lunch, Soups for dinner, and Smoothies for breakfast.

No concept of a balanced diet. No Professionalism. They will never call you for a weekly follow-up call, even if you do they might not pick it. They don't really keep track of allergies you have.

Just trying to give a diet that might work by fluke. If it doesn't it's completely your fault.

They do not provide any new recipes which they showcase on social media. Just waste of time , energy , money and effort.
