Consumers are not pleased with Customer service and Website. The price level of this organization is high according to consumer reviews.
Poor customer service philosophy
I returned my order because you cant talk to their customer service to address an issue. Only text and email. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

A little hard to contact but answered questions promptly
Hard to find a way to contact FitBark. But when I finally was able to post a question, they answered in a day. Just wish there was a customer service line

You guys took $166.80 out of my bank account and I have not used FitBark in a couple years. I dont even have the collar anymore.

New FitBark will not charge therefore I cannot pair with app. I let it go all night and it keeps telling me it needs 120 minutes. Please address this

Cancel subscription
Wearing a collar is irritating my dogs skin. My dog Olive has major skin allergies.
Anything that touches her skin like a collar for long periods of time has irritated her neck. Because of this she can no longer wear the FitBark device.
Does not track my dog
Does not track my dog. It will say hes in one place and be somewhere completely different not tracking Him for the last three days
Preferred solution: I wanted it to be fixed swear be operating properly
My new FitBark is not tracking after first charge
It did nothing at all for me! But I need more words to even get this as a review! Not cool no help and I have to do more to put in review!

This is terrible. I have tried calling a couple of times and had to try to get a code a couple of times in order to even talk to someone.
My puppies fitbark is being charged now every week thats not acceptable and hasnt been like this since we got it.
I need to talk to a live agent so I can see what we can do about this. It sounds like its your device that has an issue.
Preferred solution: I wanna know why am charging so much? I like the app I like the device. gonna be charging this every couple of days.. I would like a new FitBark for my puppy

FitBark stopped working right
Impossible to get to talk to anyone and the artificial intelligence does not respond to requests for callbacks, nor does it respond to explanations. The fifth bark has stopped holding a charge and it doesnt allow for change of safe space. Really wrong that theres no way to talk to anyone.

Chat bot suckz. Can't talk to a human.
Bot keeps repeating the same *** Complete waste of time. Do NOT get a fitbark. Range is horrible. Disconnects.
Rain disconnect 200 feet disconnect. GPS tells you he's within 200 feet but is basically shit.ont buyd

You probably have an active subscription to the location tracker. Very easy to cancel it on their mobile app so it doesn't renew.
