I signed up for a fit4less membership in Newmarket Ontario. I asked the girl at the counter if I had to do a year commitment or if I would be able to cancel anytime. She told me that if I signed up for the black card I could cancel whenever I wanted. She did not mention that I had to pay a $25 fee in order to be cancel. I'm a black card member together with my husband and I went to visit the new location in the centre point mall in north York, Toronto. I have been paying for a black card membership since October 2014 at the Orleans Innes Fit4Less gym. Today I attempted to use the 24 hour gym at Gloucester, but was denied access. Odd how my black card membership includes access to ALL Fit4Less locations, but I was denied access.   • Paying for something i am not receiving
I signed up with this gym in January of 2016. I gave them my bank i formation signed up for the VIP black card and knew exactly what i was paying. A one time only $30 start up fee with $20 every month. Thats fine, that I don't mind. What i have a problem with is after four months I found out i wasn't getting charged but when i entered the establishment and tried to pay what I owed they said they had cancelled my membership. No notice or anything.

Fit4less Black Card Membership Review

Called Scarborough location to cancel and asked what the procedure. I was told to send an email. Which I did. Eleven days later I was charged again. Called back and was told to call back. Absolutely terrible customer service. Attendance don't know the most basic protocol. Put a stop payment on my account.
