Terrible gym

This gym sucks. They will keep charging you after your one year commitment is over without asking you if you want to renew.

Which is illegal where I live. If you want to cancel you have to give a 30 day notice. The staff is rude too.

My mom had problems with this gym too. It sucks don't waste your money you will regret it.

Monthly fee

Dear whom it may concern, Hi. My name is Saori.

I've been going to fit4less as a black member for over a year and I recently found out that bi weekly fee was taken out from my account more than it's supposed to be a few times. For example, bi weekly fee was taken out on March 30th and April 5th which is only 6 days apart and April 13th again. I would like to know why the fee was taken out on April 5th. This month, the fee was taken out on July 4th and 6th so far.

I see this kind of patterns on my bank statement.

I'm wondering if you could please explain why this has been happening. Sincerely, Soari Kuramoto

Ok so it's not just me!! What they are doing is fraud! I've noticed I'm paying weekly on my bank statements!

You need to contact your bank and put an indefinite stop payment to fit4less until the problem is resolved...if they hassle you at all it is them that broke your contract agreement not you

Fit4less- bad customer service, very bad!!!!

Dear sir or madam, I have recently joined cricklewood fit4less gym and I enjoy the whole experience of getting fit and healthy. However, today there has been an unfortunate incident which I want to bring to your attention and I do hope that this example will prevent in the future a bad behavior by a member of staff towards gym members.

Let me explain to you what exactly happened: Today I was enjoying my work out as usual and I guess I worked out too much on an empty stomach and felt really bad. Then I went towards the changing room as I was increasingly feeling sick. When I sit down at the changing room I felt worse and the people in the changing room asked what's wrong with me. I kept my cool but i could not manage to puke on the floor inside the changong room.A lot of gym members were really kind and gave me a tissue to wipe up my burden and the floor.

And then I was just about stopping to puke, a self employed trainer at cricklewood branch of fit4less by the name Jay entered the changing room and started yelling and swearing at me. I said I was feeling sick and I need sometime to recover and I would wipe after me. He got extremely irritating and started to argue with me back and forth even though I have explained him that I was feeling neatious and did not puke on the floor on purpose. He was shouting (in a really high voice) and swearing at me uncontrollably and raising his voice too loud.

When I said to him please leave me alone he replied: "What a nasty what you going to do if I dont? I don't give a f...!!!" I said please go out. He kept shouting in front of everyone and made my sickness worse so I puked again and when I did he pushed me and said " Go to the f....bathrom you *** nasty pr..." When I said please stop Im sick he kept going on assaulting me verbally when I was barely breathing and consious dropped down the floor. When I finalky asked what's your name so that I will make an official complaint about his poor behavior towards me.

He said "Do whatever you want I'm friends with gym manager so you will not come here again!" I felt humiliated abd told him that I did not throw out on purpose on the floor. He kept raging and became really aggressive towards me. He said he is self employed trainer and he does not give a sh...about my complaint. When I finally came out to speak to Cricklewoid branch Fit4less manager she simply said please go to online and file a complaint.

She did not take an action on behalf of me there to speak with Jay (Self-employed trainer at Cricklewood fit4less branch). Even Jay came around when I was speaking with manager and ridiculed our conversation and went away when I asked can I speak a minute with manager. I feel really horrible and devastated after this incident. I really have but no choice to tell this story to you as the manager in cricklewood branch does not seem to care much about this issue due to friendship between Jay probably.

So I have no choice but to tell you this horrible incident. I hope you will be able to take immediate action against this person and his behavior is not acceptable by all proportions and violates gym conduct guidelines. And I really hope other gym members will not be treated poorly like me today especially when they feeling sick and ill. I think a bit of compassion towards people and members of gym will make your gym even more popularfrequently visited health club.

Unfortunately, this types of incidents and individuals is degrading your health club's name and face abd now Im seriously considering my future membership with fit4less after this cruel and aggressive treatment by the member of staff of the gym to a regular gym member.

Please bring this issue forward and take necessary steps to prevent this kinds of situations in the future. Many thanks Yours sincerely,

Fit4less - Membership Review from London, London

Fit4less (Brentford) and its owners (Harlands) are a bunch of charlatans. They sign you up on a cheap deal, not telling you 12 months later it will rise (in our case by 40%).

They give you insufficient notice to cancel it before they next payment, take weeks to reply to ending requests to cancel your membership, don't return your calls and their customer service is appalling.

You'd be wise to give these guys a wide berth!!! Not worth the pain and agony in my book.

I have just join this month . Today around 11.30 I went to gym.

I found out the drinking water tap not working so I fill up my bottle with tap water which i dont like . While Iam doing my work out one of the staff said there is some water available in cup . So I went to get a cup of water. But suddenly the staff asking me why I want to get cup of water you already have bottle of water.

I try to explain to him the water from the tap. But before only he start to argue with me and he insult me front of other people who were at Gym. I dont deserve this kind of treatment from your staff. iam paying for gym.

And the staff working for the company they dont own the Gym. Am very annoyed by this incident. I never recommend any of my friends for this Gym. I would like to know what kind of action your going to take for this incident.

Your company always say the staff are very friendly i would say they are very rude. The staff need some class how to treat customer. After all there no customer this people lose they job. Am very annoyed with this incident.

I totally agree!I only dealt with them on the phone, as I signed up for fit4less online, however never had the time to go down to uni and child. So I cancelled after 3 months of paying, and the customer service on the phone was appalling by the initial staff. A girl answered as if she was eating while I was asking about the process of cancellation, and just no customer respect at all...

This was in the Brentford branch....

Total and utter joke of lack in customer service, is this the training they get?

Contract Free Contract that actually aren't contract free at all

Signed up for a contract free gym membership. I am a working Mother so contract free is very important too me - circumstances change quickly and unavoidably.

Joined a gym nearer home 29th July. Fit4less took a months fee off me 01/08/16. Bad luck on me I thought, too late to cancel the August DD. So cancelled DD after the payment on the 01/08/16 went through.

Subsequent to this I have been contacted twice by a Third Party Agency chasing me down for a further payment 01/09/16 as I didn't cancel my membership with a months notice (in the terms and conditions apparently)

When I pointed out I signed up for a "contract free deal" so should be free to exit at any time, no one could tell me on what legal principle they are charging me for this extra month. If their terms and conditions are a contract then I have blatantly been mis-sold.

Suspect I am not alone in this shoddy and infuriating advertising.

Fit4less changed the start date of my membership & refused to refund me my money

I needed gym membership to start in 21st August and they changed the start of my membership to 4th September without my consent. When I asked for a full refund on 1st August, Andre Grange (the General Manager at fit4less) refused to give one because I did not give them 1 month notice; which is not true because I contacted them on 1st August and they took 6 days to get back to me.

I was lucky to log into my fit4less account when I did, and found out about the change of dates. After being refused a refund, the General Manager at fit4less asked if I wanted my membership cancelled.

On 7th August the General Manager at fit4less said, in another reply, they can refund my money, and they still have not done so... Not sure why they are taking so long to give me a refund, but If they do not give me a refund soon I will have to do a charge back with my bank.

RECENTLY PAID A VISIT TO A GYM CALLED FIT4LESS IN MANSELL STREET IN LONDON, WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER AND ENCOUNTERED ONE OF THE MOST RUDE INDIVIDUALS I HAVE COME ACROSS I ASKED THAT I AM INTERESTED IN JOINING THE GYM AND THE PERSON REPLIED CAN'T YOU SEE I'M BLOODY BUSY I ASKED AGAIN THAT I HAD HEARD ABOUT THE GYM THROUGH A COLLEAGUE AND I'D LIKE TO BE SHOWN AROUND AND THEN SHE REPLIED LOOK JUST *** OFF I WAS IN COMPLETE SHOCK AS I'M ASIAN SHE THEN MUTTERED UNDER HER BREATH BLOODY IMMIGRANTS I WALKED OUT AND SAW HERE PHOTO ON THE STAFF BOARD WASTE OF TIME
