They mislead people and don't care

This company is terrible. I ordered shoes from them and waited only to find out from customer service that they were not in stock.

The website is completely misleading. They offered a refund, and in my correspondence, I asked which shoes were in stock and immediately ordered that pair within an hour. A week later, there is still no shipment.

Do not bother going to the store; the staff do not care how long you wait. They are lazy, clueless, and like the website/ecommerce experience, it is terrible.

They haven't sent shoes or refunded my money

I ordered shoes weeks ago. Card was charged, order confirmed.

Since then no contact, no response to multiple emails. Phone number just sends you to hold, don't think anyone ever answers.

As of now they have stolen my money for three weeks, I would assume they will continue to hold it until I file a complaint with my credit card company. They online storefront is either a scam or staggeringly incompetent.

Im very concerned not hearing from Fit2Run to my many attempts. I ordered two pairs of shoes and created an account.

To this day it wont let me pull up my order info.

Keeps saying you caught us with our shoes untied. I feel like this company is fake and a scam and plan to dispute charges if I dont hear from the company soon.

Issues ordering shoes online

I am a member of their club and was trying to order shoes online Website would not let me add to cart. Called the store for assistance and they told me they could not do it for me in the stores.

Text customer service and they sent me a link that didnt work. Called customer service and no one answered.

After spending two days trying to order this pair of shoes, I went to a different company. Sure they are losing a ton of business with this poor customer service.

After sending a email and never hearing back from them…. IS THIS A LEGITIMATE COMPANY I AM DISGUSTED WITH FIT 2 RUN customer service !!!

Breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation

I ordered a pair of New Balance running shoes from the online retailer Fit2Run. When the shoes arrived, I noticed that the company had sent two right shoes: one in the size and width that I ordered, the other right shoe a different size and width.

I contacted the company, which directed me to return the shoes.

I sent the shoes back the same day with instructions to process the order and not give a refund. A few days later, with no explanation, I noticed on my credit card statement that a refund had been processed. I immediately reached out to the company, stating that I merely wanted what I had ordered, that several weeks had elapsed and I was in the same position I was in when I started. I received no response, so I continued to reach out.

Finally, I got a response stating that the item was refunded because it was no longer in stock, but offered to send me the next version in my size and width, price matching it to what I had paid for the two right shoe order.

I accepted this offer immediately, but requested guidance on how to proceed. Specifically, I needed to know whether (1) the company would process the order, charging my credit card on file; (2) the company would send me a link to purchase the shoes at the offered price; or (3) I should go ahead and purchase the shoes, with the price difference credited to my account.

Despite multiple attempts on my part, I have received no response.

I fully understand that mistakes happen; but when that happens, the company should accept that mistake and make it right especially where, as here, it made an offer that was accepted by the customer. The dilatory business practices, deplorable customer service and repeated callous misrepresentations by Fit2Run constitute egregious behavior that consumer protection laws were implemented to prevent.

Desired outcome: For the company to honor its commitment and carry out its contractual obligation to provide the shoes at the price that was offered and accepted.

Wrong shipping info

They had a glitch in their system that sent out an invoice stating my order was a pick up order instead of a shipment...I contacted them..stayed on the frekin phone for 60 minutes...when I responded via text it took 3 days for a response...
