They never came. contacted support online they told me they would get the order processed that same day. waited 2 more days still not shipped. went back into the store today, they told me they couldn't help and did know anything.

So I called support, spoke with someone who really wasn't sure about anything and said if they had not shipped in 2 more days to call back again. Hung up from that call and started looking closer at the order and realized they ordered the wrong pair of shoes. Called back into customer support. They tried to tell me I had to go back into the store, I told them I just came from the store and they told me to call you.

They then had to go consult with their manager and determined they could refund my current order and I would have to place a new order and start all over. I said fine, then they only refunded part of my order and didn't refund me the correct amount. Complete an utter incompetence at every level of this company. Terrible customer support.

Have not got my shoes

I couldn't get anybody on the phone and sent my shoes back to 3135 Lakewood Blvd in Bradenton, Florida. I paid $44 and $151 and I have a customer number. Desirae Zuniga

Not necessary. I reached out to various social media outlets and the response has been positive. If the policy doesn't change I hope they bankrupt.

About 4 days ago I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, at Fit 2 Run. Total just under $400.

The sales guy was fantastic but wasn't trained by the store. Before making the purchase I asked about the return policy. The young man said, 30 days no questions asked. The receipt doesn't quote any store policy.

Inside the store this policy isn't posted for obvious reasons, nobody but a few would frequent the store. in any case, 1 pair wasn't fitting well even though they were tried on. When I returned them today a manager said that I could return them or exchange them if I joined their club membership for a year, a $30 fee. My response was easy.

In Florida law this constitutes the crime of extortion. Her reply was that its a company policy. My response was that your company is engaging in a criminal enterprise if they have extorted customers out of their money. i am in a financial position where I can absorb a $200 financial hit.

That's not the issue. The issue is how many who can't afford that hit has been victimized. Or settled for a product they wouldn't otherwise purchase. I couldn't care less about the money.

My mission is to have the company , if it is a company policy , change this for the sake of my fellow American consumers. I am also posting this incident on the social media platform X (formerly twitter), which is a open forum where there is no censorship.

Store extorted me for $30 .

I made a $400 purchase 5 days ago.

One pair did not fit well. Prior to making the purchase I asked if there was a return policy which isnt printed on the receipt.

The employee was very nice and he said yes I could return them within a certain amount of time.I attempted to return one pair and was advised that the company policy is the customer must buy a $30 membership first and only receive a store credit or an exchange. In Florida the law classifies this as a crime of extortion. I could care less about the $200 I lost and I rarely visited the store anyway. However on the social media platform X I will tell this story.

I am very fortunate I can lose that kind of money and not affect finances much however, there are many struggling and cant afford such a budget hit. My only recourse to warn others.

This company is terrible. I ordered shoes from them and waited only to find out from customer service that they were not in stock.

The website is completely misleading. They offered a refund, and in my correspondence, I asked which shoes were in stock and immediately ordered that pair within an hour. A week later, there is still no shipment.

Do not bother going to the store; the staff do not care how long you wait. They are lazy, clueless, and like the website/ecommerce experience, it is terrible.

They haven't sent shoes or refunded my money

Breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation

I sent the shoes back the same day with instructions to process the order and not give a refund. I immediately reached out to the company, stating that I merely wanted what I had ordered, that several weeks had elapsed and I was in the same position I was in when I started. I received no response, so I continued to reach out.

Finally, I got a response stating that the item was refunded because it was no longer in stock, but offered to send me the next version in my size and width, price matching it to what I had paid for the two right shoe order.

I accepted this offer immediately, but requested guidance on how to proceed. Specifically, I needed to know whether (1) the company would process the order, charging my credit card on file; (2) the company would send me a link to purchase the shoes at the offered price; or (3) I should go ahead and purchase the shoes, with the price difference credited to my account.

Despite multiple attempts on my part, I have received no response.

I fully understand that mistakes happen; but when that happens, the company should accept that mistake and make it right especially where, as here, it made an offer that was accepted by the customer. The dilatory business practices, deplorable customer service and repeated callous misrepresentations by Fit2Run constitute egregious behavior that consumer protection laws were implemented to prevent.

Desired outcome: For the company to honor its commitment and carry out its contractual obligation to provide the shoes at the price that was offered and accepted.

Issues ordering shoes online

After sending a email and never hearing back from them…. IS THIS A LEGITIMATE COMPANY I AM DISGUSTED WITH FIT 2 RUN customer service !!!
