Verified Reviewer |I am trying to return to defective products to Fisker I have called several numbers listed for this company none of them work I've tried email Fiskars and other related company emails with no results
- - Damaged Fiskars lopper and hand shears need replacement; photos sent.
- - They still require full identification and tool photos again.
Send a picture of my lopper and hand shears that were damaged and need replacing. I went to the complaint web and entered my complaint with photos of the items.
My name and all related information about me were listed in my first email. I received a return email a few days ago indicating they now need the exact same thing I just got through sending them: total identification of myself and pictures of the Fiskars tools.
I tried getting back with them, but that is when everything locked up on me—phone numbers, emails, everything. If you buy one of these products, be prepared to never see a warranty replacement or repair.

There is no phone number to contact you for questions or concerns. I have a broken fisker tool and your outlets do not sell the parts needed to fix it. I have to buy a new one.

Dialed the phone #, got interrupted during my call, called again 3 times to be informed it was an invalid #. Ordered a used Fiskar Fuse on ebay.
Repair
- - I sought disassembly instructions to replace slipping cogged gears.
- - Could not reach a person; four toll-free numbers tried with no success.
All I needed to know was how to take machine apart to replace,if possible, the cogged gears high are slipping. That's all.
Can't talk to real person to achieve this. Try 4 different toll #'s to no avail.

- - New summer-purchased shears are useless.
- - No receipt means I can't return them, and repair would take 6-8 weeks, with instructions not to dispose.
When I sent original email it stated it would take 8-11 weeks before even to be contacted still waiting.
I purchased new shears at the beginning of summer and now they are useless. I don't have my receipt or I would return them.
I notified customer service and they informed me it would be 6-8 weeks before they can fix this issue. However, they asked that I not dispose of the shears.

Don't buy any Fiskars brand loppers or trimmers when they break you'll never be able to contact anyone in the world except a chat person who wants $5 to answer your question? Then instead of charging you five when they go to your credit card company they want $39 instead of the $5? Sound like legal theft to me.
