I bought floral stem wire from this company. I paid $80 for 220 stem wires.

Ive contacted this company 4 times now and they never respond except to say that they need pictures. Ive sent them now 4 times and they say they never received the pictures. Its like Im running in circles with them. I only received 82 stem wires.

I want them to refund my money without a restocking fee. There isnt a phone number for them and Ive left my phone number for them to call me.

Nothing but asking for the same pictures that I have now sent 4 times. Bad business practices and false advertising.

I placed an order in January and have never received it. When I tried to contact the company through their website form, it does not work so I have no method to contact them with my issue. My credit card was charged so they have received payment and here we are 4 months later and still no delivery of product.

I placed my order on the 28th December2021 & as of to-day (19th December 2022) I have not received it , when I try the tracking # it STATES SHIPPED 29th December 2021. .

There are other items I wish to order with FISHPOND , BUT the way U deliver goods I will have to see else where I can obtain the goods I require.

Despicable customer service

I ordered a product from Fishpond in August to be delivered to the UK. I had notification the item had been despatched, and would be later than the promised delivery date.

It has never arrived. I contacted Fishpond and was told the item was lost in transit and to ask for a refund. I did this, I have received 2 emails asking me to confirm the delivery address, which I did, and since then have heard nothing.

I have emailed several times since then, but am getting no response. As the item cost nearly £200, I am anxious to receive a refund.

When my blu ray movie arrived amityville horror. It wouldn't play in australia, because it's a region a blu ray movie.

When I bought this movie I wasn't aware. Can I send it back and get a region b which plays 8n australia

Company fixed issue and I have been provided with full refund

I ordered a book titled Waco: A Survivors Story from fishpond.com and it was out of stock. While waiting I borrowed it from a friend not knowing they had it and cancelled the order.

They refunded everything back except for $5.00 which they claimed it was for a "Restocking Fee"? WTF the book was not even in the warehouse yet! And so I sent the company a email asking for the $5.00 back? They responded saying that in order to keep costs down that they needed to charge the fee because customers "basically accusing me" cancelling a order for no reason was why the fee was charged?

I gave the reason of cancelling because I no longer needed the book. I advise anyone never to purchase from fishpond.com!

Update: 5/11/20 I finally received a response back saying that they will refund the $5.00, this was no big deal to me. Only after saying that I complained about them that they gave me a refund back?

I still will not purchase from them in the future! The first impression is the last impression with this company I am done!

Shady business practices

Ordered an item on 6-1-2020, paid instantly and received confirmation BUT it was going to take 6+ weeks to ship. I cancel the order and they charged me 20%+ restocking fee for an item they did not have in stock.

They gave me a partial refund yet they claim: "You can cancel items from your order through My Fishpond, https://www.fishpond.com/account.

From there, click on the order in question and then click the "Need to cancel a product?" below the Item you wish to cancel. This will list the Items that are available to cancel. Select the "Check to Remove" box to remove that item, then press the Continue button.

~~;You can only cancel items that have not yet been processed from the supplier. If it has already processed, you will need to use the returns form to return the item once it arrives.~~

So, I was able to cancel the item, yet they kept 20%+.

We are not on real-time with our suppliers and from time to time there can be unexpected delays.

The suppliers do not supply to us exclusively and it can happen that when an order gets processed the available stock has been already allocated to a different supplier. We will then re-order it from a different supplier.

Best to try somewhere else as they don't stock much, if anything and only promise LONG WAIT times.

I kept all emails concerning this matter and will make them available if requested.
