Still NO reply from them and they aren't interested

Original review updated by user Jul 30, 2021
Purchased a couple things from them. First was I requested Mulching blades. What i was given were the same blades I had already on the mower. High lift blades that just blow the grass out farther was what i was sold even though i asked and was told they were Mulching blades. They weren't. So i took them back and got a new belt for the deck. and oil and oil filter. I then got back home and found out the primary Idler spring was broken. I called them up and they didn't have the part But the man gave me the # for the part I needed I did find it and put it on. Went 2 swipes of my lawn with the new belt and the belt broke within 3 hours of all this. I called them ad they said to bring the belt up Then proceeded to say it isn't the belts fault. Well first of all if I was given the correct Part # then i would have gotten the correct spring, which was bigger, and none of this would have happened There was nothing they could do. So much for 44 some dollars.. Of course we all carry that as change in our back pockets don't we?. All i wanted was the belt replaced as it was the fault of the guy there not saying which spring it is as there are 2. He assumed it was the smaller one. I got on the phone and found that they have mulching blades, the CORRECT ONES and the CORRECT SPRING. Out here you have to double check everything and it is a shame as you trust these people . People don't care anymore. I wouldn't go there cause it seems their biggest main concern would be selling their John Deere Gators and other big machines where the real money is

User's recommendation: Go online check the manufacturers number and call someone else Fisher and Father need the older guy to get glasses and see better!
