If I were inefficiently missing appointments with consumer, if you were to hire me you would let me go for being inefficient. I thought that was rude standard. I have a family, andd they need me to stay gainfully employed. Please accept my candidness as just that, cannot afford to play games. Thanks for contacting me , I am genuinely interested in securing employment with you, If that in fact is your goal also. I am continuing my search so interviewing and zoom schedule times are limited on my behalf as there are so many recruiting companies fighting one another and bumping appointments. So without being rude I would like you to give me ample notice of interview availabilities so I might present myself with proper etticate standards. Honesty integrity dignity and respect is what I bring to the table. It might not be what you need and I understand that. Being forth right and candid is all we can expect from one another. This is why I own customer service and win with top line revenue. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Good Luck in your recruiting endeavors. “Sales Associate” position is NOT base pay. It is 100% commission. They did not help me reach my goals, nor give me the tools to reach them. They stated that I will receive a base pay, but that base pay is non-existent if you don’t sell a certain amount of Insurance. I asked for some sales leads from my direct manager to help me get started and he said “no”, because they were his. I was hoping that in return he could help me out by helping me find more candidates who need insurance, but he would not help. This company also pays their recruiters under the table.
