instead of doing any work, she resigned from the court and kept all our money. she did absolutely no work... she cannot produce a single page of work done.. all she had is our intake sheet of one page...
this woman is a total rip off and has no qualms about taking money from people in bankruptcy... she then lied to the state bar with a bogus time sheet showing $ 4000 of work she never did.. she could not cause she had no file!!!!
she is a total liar and a cheat!!! i do not recomend you do business with her unless, you also want to be ripped off!!!

I had a very similar experience with this *** lawyer. She is a bi**ch hardas@ and will go after her own clients just to line her pockets with a few more dollars.
After filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy and refusing to pay another $ 1000 for no work done, Fishback threatened to go to the bankruptcy court and petition to have me investigated by the US attorney, who she says is a friend of hers. So much for ethics and helping her client. I guess it seems more like extortion 101. DO Not...I repeat Do not trust her and do NOT pay her any fees for any kind of work.
Just go else where. You have been warned.
