Refused to honor Groupon vouchers!

Just like other people have reported on here, the owners don't want to honor the Groupon type vouchers. When we arrived for our tour, the tour guide (who claimed to be the owner) said that he would only accept one voucher for one person, even though the voucher fine print said "one voucher per person per visit", and there was no restrictions on only one voucher per group as he claimed. When we asked him if we had all purchased our vouchers individually and booked at the same time as individuals, what then? At that point he started complaining about how Groupon and places like that are "screwing over" businesses and putting them out of business. He was rude, unprofessional, and covered with tattoos. Not to mention, the boat was a pontoon boat with the cheapest plastic lawn chairs money can buy (no built in seating). We were all somewhat relieved that he refused to honor the vouchers, because we could only imagine how poor the trip itself would be with him as a guide, and on such a junky boat. FishTalesTours refuses Groupon without remorse, cancels tours at last minute

Fish Tales Tours in Cocoa Beach FL takes the Groupon money, then will schedule a boat tour until you mention a Groupon- then they have "no reservations available". No explanation's from them. They also had only one boat working in January, took reservations, and cancelled when customers showed up, even after they had travelled over an hour for the tour. The Groupon person reimbursed my money with apologies, but the Tour operator would not return her calls. This very unscrupulous company is apparently well known in the area by other tour boat companies as one that gives the entire industry a bad name.

owner of fishtales made i made group give all of the poeple that purchased there tickets from them a refuned we had no contract with groupon please go look at the class action suit agauist them
