I have said I have received a no reply email saying I ow money how much and what is it for and how much. I have a quarterly direct debit

I have received a no reply email saying I owe money. I have received no post mail advising me what the money is.
Or how much I owe.
I have a direct debit set up for the quarterly charges. I cant understand if it is the quarterly charge why has it not been taken.
Please supply me with details what this charge is for.
