I was scammed lied to as well I looked at my bill and saw that they took my iPhone 14 off of suspension and I called and the lady fixed it back she stated that they wasnt supposed to mess with that so I called in today because I wanted to pay off my iPhone 13 at 243.00 and the rep charged my card for 263.00 I told him to cancle I was told that I had to get another line if I wanted to use my iPhone 14 and i couldnt use my number from the phone that I would pay off pluse I was sold a defect phone the 13 was defect took it to Apple Store they said you needs new phone The goal was to pay off the iPhone 13. Since the phone wasnt any good get rid of the line then on suspend the iPhone 14 and just use that phone they messed around with my bill they lied then I went into a corporate store and the man said that I could pay my iPhone 13 off and suspend my iPhone 14 and use my phone number use my phone number he did say it was fraud.

He said that thats what they teach them. He said, but Im gonna be honest with you.

You can pay off your iPhone 13 and all you have to do is un suspend the iPhone 14 and you can use that number and that it was fraud. They literally fraud the elderly he stated that too he said they took advantage he said they are trapped that.
