MY BANK ACCT WAS HACKED AND THEY WON'T HELP ME OR TALK TO ME ABOUT ANYTHING!

They will not give me any information they refuse to speak to me over the phone or in person I am asked to leave they won't give me an update on anything

My account was hacked and I found out someone was cashing checks in my name since June of last year (2023) and it happened a few times and I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED AT ALL until they froze my account all of a sudden and then they explained to me what had happened. My account will have to stay frozen until they are done investigating everything they let me know that I wasn't the only one this happened to and they couldn't give me a time frame.I have called in to check on the status of my account and they were very rude with me over the phone not wanting to discuss anything at all and I went into the branch to figure it out and they acted as if it was no big deal after I got frustrated and started crying trying to explain to them that all the money I live off of is being kept from me through no fault of my own I cant pay any living expenses and I have 3 kids to support and no one can tell me why I have to pay the price for something that happened on their end it's like I'm being punished for banking with them and I just needed someone to help me and their response was threatening to call the cops if I did not leave. My acct has been frozen for months already and I can't call or go in the branch they won't release any information to me and It's been a huge downfall for my family

Preferred solution: I want to be able to access my money I want them to follow the rules I shouldn't get penalized for something that happened to them

I hated the way I had to call to get a schedule to get a call back. I wanted to talk to a person, and I had to go through several functions to get to a human being.
