Shipment didn't arrive
My complaint wasnt with Firstleaf but with FedEx, FedEx said my shipment arrived on Monday 12/18 at a holding location, I went to pick it up n not there then to come find out it was sent back to Firstleaf the first week of December. A long story short I wont be using FedEx for future shipments

Hello. I've heard so many good things about your company.
My son and daughter-in law sent an online egift card around October 21. I have tried several times to redeem card only to have the response "unable to locate number" How do I resolve this issue?
I also tried to become a member, but have had difficulties logging in. Thank you for reading this email.
Talk I cancelled via text days before shipment-- shipment still came and I was charged in full-- plus delivery charge. to representative
Representative on phone was very impatient and Did Not believe me when I cancelled via text-- very insulting!!

I would suggest an another delivery service other than UPS. On several occasions I've been a prisoner in my home waiting for a delivery.
First, there is a three hour window for the delivery, which is most times untimely. In closing, I'm not to happy with Firstleaf, both in customer service and the attention to satisfying the customers service.
