If you want to cancel an order you must call and speak directly with a manager, THE MANAGER DOES NOT RETURN CALLS OR REPLIES TO EMAILS. YOU MUST KEEP CALLING UNTIL YOU GET HIM ON THE PHONE AND OF COURSE HE NEVER RECEIVED YOUR CALL OR EMAIL.

RETURN REQUEST: YOU ARE IMMEDIATELY INFORMED OF THE 25% RESTOCKING FEE. IT SEEMS THEY ARE VERY VERSED IN THE COMPANY RULES, BUT HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT OR REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS.

My name is Reginald Walton and I had an experience with first suit that left a bad taste in my mouth for them! I ordered a suit from them that I thought would be the one I saw pictured online.

When I got it it was totally different from what I asked for. I called in and the owner told me that the suit wasn't what I saw but it was the same style! What?!?!

Then another incident I ordered a polka dot French cuff shirt with white cuffs and collar I paid for a French cuff shirt but got a regular shirt instead! I will never buy from them ever again!

I ordered TWO suits in the same size. Received them both and one was 2 to 3 sizes too big.

The hat was cheap looking as well and it was too shiny. I sent them both back within a week on the 19th of November. It's now December 7 and I have yet to receive a refund. When I called they told me they had sent an email which I never received.

(I'm intelligent enough to check my spam and other folders. So, as it is now I'm supposed to receive my refund in a week MINUS 25% fee! So as a person that buys at least 10-15 suits a year you would think you would want me to be satisfied so that I would refer others. Not happening!

I HATE BEING RIPPED OFF! And I HATE bad customer serbice!

Items looked used an out of date. Very ugly items. Please do not order from them. There is no return policy.

Never place an order over the phone. These scammers will ask for your card number and personal pin number. Do not give your credit card personal PIN number to them. Firstsuits phone representative may send you items that you did not order.

This business is not reputable.

Order seems to be taken in an in-home environment. Consider placing your online orders with a reputable company.
