First Student Insurance Eye Exam Review from Scarborough, Ontario
- - Eye exam quoted $75; charge $110.
- - Charge for a machine not requested.
- - Glasses deal: one or two for $199.
- - Insurance coverage was $450; $80 owed.
My complaint is they told me it was $75 for the eye exam I made them repeated three times $75 so I went in for my eye exam and when I was finished and got up and ready to pay was $110 was pretty upset I asked him why was 110 they said oh you got an extra machine or something didn't ask me but yet I didn't ask me if I wanted it and I had to pay for it then there a deal for one or two pairs of glasses for $199 is just a hit and I had a coverage of $450 and I ordered to my glasses and I walked over there and I still owe them $80 don't go there go somewhere else
