Death of my brother

Anyone considering purchasing a quingo mobility scooter with finance from First Senior definately DO NOT go ahead. I recently lost my lovely Brother and although he had paid almost £3000 to First Senior I was told that the scooter still belonged to them and they would collect it, he had paid on time every month for over 12 months but according to them still owed approx £2300.

I know it was worth a lot lot more than the £2300 but they would not even consider any refund. They obviously have no compassion or consideration for their customers and are just a business so please consider any other finance option and steer clear of First Senior Finance.

Even a death certificate made no dif Heartbroken Sister.

My Recommended Investments

Well five years ago I signed on with your company thru an agent Don Carasculo. I wanted to make a 6% return on my money, whomever in your company recommended two different companies, American Equity Investment Life and EquiTrust Life Insurance. 4/15/2011 was my start dates. Upon speaking with customer service reps at both companies, everything has a cap well below 5%. American Equity has a website where I can view my investments and get some idea of how they are fairing. EquiTrust has no website for investors and they offer minimal information on how the funds are doing. This year I made 0 dollars on a $117,000. These contracts are long and the cash out value just about wipes out all 5 years gains. The windows to transfer funds are adequate but little options to choose from to make any kind of money. I called your office and was told I could no longer speak to someone over the phone, said I had to make an appointment. I don't have the time and I am sure it will dead end like my investments. I would not recommend Crash Proof Retirement to anyone. I hear your commercials and infomercials on 1210 AM. People say they are averaging 8% over the last 3 years ??? I like to know who there got them that kind of return. What a sham. I would rather have taken care of my own money than ever go this route again.

P.S. 4/15/16 is contract dates and have not received either statement for last year yet. Why, probably because their thievery is embarrassing.

Very Disappointed, Louis&Denise Pallozzi

**RETRACTION FROM LOUIS & DENISE PALLOZZI**

A few days after posting here about my disappointment with First Senior Financial Group, I received a phone call from them inquiring about it. First of all, I fully believed that I was filling out a form that was meant to remain private and be sent to First Senior.

I had no idea this was going to be a public post.

I was directed to this website by another financial professional, who I’ve learned is a direct competitor of First Senior.

Mr. Canella invited my wife and me in to their office today to review all five of our contracts and we sat with him personally along with their top analyst. They both showed me how I was receiving very inaccurate information from this other financial professional.

I’m thrilled that Mr.

Canella and his staff documented to me how well I’m doing. My average between all five of my contracts is 5.46% for all five years overall. The contract I referred to in my prior post did in fact make 0 dollars last year, however I still hold a 5.02% average since I entered it in 2011.

In my post, I wrote that “everything has a cap well below 5%”. Today I learned that the caps in my strategies are as high as 19.6% per year.

I wrote this post out of frustration over what I was being told and today, now that I have a much better understanding of how the contracts work, I see that I have more money than what I started with and the true returns I received exceeded my expectations. My wife and I plan to return every year for annual reviews so we can understand the gains each year. My apologies to Mr. Canella and his staff.

I would recommend Crash Proof Retirement based on their knowledge of the products and their thorough work with helping us through this misdirection. They took the time and effort to take a wrong and make it right.

For a financial consultant, he certainly has a lot of "armed goons" surrounding him

when I had followed his footsteps - not "following him specifically" - to the restroom, one of his "secret service" types was "on me," saying, "you cannot speak with him in here / that had not been the intention, yet, one must wonder why the "secrecy"!

Phil Canella and 1210 Talk Radio allowing less than honest inneundo on their radio. When you tell them that, their response is "not to listten".

This afternoon listening to Phil Canella I found something he said to be less than accurate.

Knowing he has become little more than *** Morris and 1210 Talk Radio's Fox News Lite Lap Dog, I researched his story about the President cutting back on White House Pies to 6 for the president's Thanksgiving Dinner. AND that the pies were so good the President compared them to Crack. Of course Lady Echo Partner was so very outraged as they spoke of how they WERE NOT Partisan but "This President".

Anyone with a brain knows those not using every tactic available to attack the President will be met with a 1210 Management Pink Slip.

Well --research shows the Presidential Dinner did have only six pies,,,Phil left out the part of the headline that said the President called troops before dinner and he left out the part about Obama's Blessings. The LIE part is Phil and Lady Echo's outrage at a story that said beans about crack. Who wants to invest money with someone not careful about how his words represent the integrity of not just him but the company he represents.

See NY Daily News - November 27, 2014. Granted *** Morris probably told Phil that story. But Phil is the one defending Slick *** when anyone asks why he hired him.

Yes, Phil Canella and yes, Management from WPHT 1210 Fox News Lite's CBS Radio, I will apologize if you prove me wrong!!!!!!

Review about Upfront Commission from Downingtown, Pennsylvania

Phil Cannella in my opinion is hurting a lot of people in the area with Equity Indexed Annuities that have 10-16 year surrenders. The only way he draws new clients is by stock market fear tactics and bashing advisors when he in turn is looking to take their accounts and lock them up in annuities and get an upfront commission.

I believe he will soon be out of the business.
